Our service allows you to upload source materials (documents, presentations, text) to generate AI-driven video content.

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the original documents and source material you upload to Swevio.
• License to Process: By uploading content, you grant Swevio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of generating your requested videos and improving our services.
• Intellectual Property Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to upload the source documents. You agree not to upload copyrighted materials unless you are legally authorized to do so.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Swevio to:

• Generate videos that promote violence, hate speech, illegal acts, or harassment.
• Upload documents containing sensitive personal information (e.g., medical records, financial data) of others without explicit consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Swevio and its AI-generated outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the videos generated from your source documents. The AI may occasionally produce artifacts, errors, or unexpected results.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Swevio, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the service, or any content generated through the service.
